Hi, We are working on that, but I can't confirm when or for whom will such a practice round be available, stay tuned for updates!
I can say that we expect to have everyone able to practice on old problems eventually, but it is likely that a practice round during the contest season is restricted to advancers (because they need it more urgently for obvious reasons).
