For what it's worth, I realized what the problem was a few minutes after I 
posted. I stupidly decided to "optimize" my code by caching the result of 
GetStackHeight() in a vector<long long>. On the large test case, this doubled 
the per-task memory consumption from 80MB to 160MB, which is over the 128MB 
limit.

Obviously this is my own mistake, but for future contests, it would be nice if 
the dcj tool could measure the memory consumption of the tasks it runs. I might 
submit a patch if nobody else beats me to it :)
