This is pretty vague, but I assume if your code can be compiled by the most common compilers/interpreters without using any plugin or extensions, you are totally safe. If you used some open source library, like boost, as long as you cited what library you used and provide a way to download it from the internet, you are pretty safe too. You can also upload the library you used as source code.
