I was up solving round 1A 2017 problem B (Ratatouille), and then I got the
solution using matching, this solution will work fine for the small data set
and should fail for the large data set, but I tried the solution anyway and
surprisingly it passed.

This test case should give 0 as an answer:

1
3 1
70 70 70
690
700
780

but it gives 1 in my code.

Also the solution doesn't even use vertex split technique.
Another case:

1
3 2
70 70 70
700 700
700 100
700 700

it should give 1 but it gives 2.

am I right?
