Aman, This might not answer your question, but during the round, the score you see is "optimistic": it assumes that you've correctly solved all of the Large inputs you submitted. At the end of the contest, the system reveals whether you got them right or wrong, and your score might drop. As a consequence, your rank might rise (because of other people who didn't really have points that it seemed like they had) or fall (because of you not really having points that it seemed like you had).
Sorry I can't speak to the sign-in page; it worked for me when I tried it just now. What's happening that leads you to believe it isn't working? What browser are you using, and have you tested it in another one or in an incognito window?
