Sorry, I messed up the samples.

I meant 100/N = 0.3%

1) if we give it to 5.4%, it becomes 5.7%, so it changes from 0.4% loss to 0.3% 
gain;

2) if we give it to 2.3%, it becomes 2.6%. so it changes from 0.3% loss to 0.4% 
gain;

Everything else should be same.
