Hi Rob,

We strive to follow the order of popularity of languages in Code Jam 2017,
with the addition of popular requests for both languages and additional
libraries to languages we already have, different versions, etc. We may
skip some due to technical or legal (licencing) issues.

Rust and Scala seem to be pretty high up the popularity list (not counting
the languages we already support). D and OCaml are little furhter down, but
not that much. We haven't really analyzed any of those in particular so far
because we are currently working on making our backend more flexible to
making these and other similar changes in a safe way. When we make any
changes to the list of available languages, people on this list will be
among the first to know about it!
