You can start reading Competitive Programming by Steven and Felix Halim (
https://cpbook.net/). But for understanding this book, you should know a
programming language first. Otherwise, it will be overwhelming. If you do
not know any language, you can start learning one and solve basic problems
end of each chapter alone. Wish a nice journey in programming.
