Can anyone tell what are the possible reasons for getting RE in cryptopanagram
in java?

Example

A=3, B=5, C=7, D=11, E=13, F=17....

Ciphertext = DCDCDCF..
77 77 77 77 77 119 ...
My program output was = CDCDCDD....

Tried with: 77 77 77 77 77 119 51 15 75, and my program is spitting out: DCDCDCFABE (which I think it is correct).

I refuse to think it cannot be solved using Lisp, there has to be a bug or something, but I cannot find an example blowing for which my solution should blow up.
