Thanks a lot! That was it. My mistake was that I didn't understand that my solution passed the first two test sets and failed only the last one, I thought it was failing the first test set, otherwise I would have probably thought about it myself.
I should have practiced some time before the competition started to get acquainted with their new "interactive" system.
