Bumping this topic because it's happening again. I currently can't seem to pass the simplest Haskell program to compile in time. Not even a Hello, world.
Latest attempt that did compile was at 1:30 [9:15 hours ago], everything is CTLE since then. Including the very same contents that passed at 1:30.
