I'm hitting CTLE and TLE's at random with the same code that passes. I tried code submitted by Korotkevich/tourist during the contest and had same results. The problem has 5sec timeout https://codingcompetitions.withgoogle.com/codejam/round/0000000000007764/000000000003675c .
My guess is right now Code Jam is simply underpowered and resources are shared between many solutions on the same CPU core?
