Hi, The problem here is a bit different. TIFFs are not fully supported and the error massage is not helpful. Also, some images are too big and the error is usually a HTTP 500. We are working on making error massages more helpful. In the meantime I recommend working with smaller JPG or PNG. I'll post about any updates.
