Google has ActiveSync for Contacts and Calenders for the iPhone/Windows Mobile. I haven't tried it but shouldn't that work on a desktop Outlook too? They don't support email through it yet. http://www.google.com/support/mobile/bin/answer.py?answer=139202&topic=14252
