Now it is possible to add more than one contact with the same email
address, this was introduced with Contacts API V2 (also for Shared
Contacts).

Shared Contacts can only be modified using the API. You search for
Shared Contacts using auto-complete or the standalone Contact Manager,
the URL is also on the Control Panel:
http://www.google.com/contacts/a/DOMAIN.com
