We are seeing this also on our production, staging and development enviroments (different domains for each).
We are actually seeing this for both Contact and Photo retrieval, and the code for those two areas actually use 2 significantly different code bases so I'm pretty sure that either 1) Google has changed something or 2) Google APIs are having some problems right now. Which is it? Has anyone seen a thread for this on a larger scale?
