I use GroupsQuery.CreateGroupsUri("default") to generate Uri for get
contacts entries from "All Contacts"
and I use the same code to generate Uri to insert contact entry to
"All Contacts"

Does anyone how to get contacts entries from "My Contacts"?
and how to insert contact entry to "My Contacts"?
