As this client does not yet have a premium Google Apps account but is
planning to, I was wondering whether such an account would have made a
difference in getting more detailed information, and of course, an
indicative timetable on when the issue could be resolved.

ditto, if I myself would have such an GApps account.
--OR--
ditto, if the third-party (FloreySoft) would have such an GApps
account (I don't know whether they have one).

Just curious and trying to find my way as a newcomer to this
community...
