As part of an effort to increase the effectiveness of the Contacts API community, we are migrating the forum here to a new mechanism. This new mechanism allows for users to subscribe to a mailing list, but also to post in this same forum setting. You can view the new forum here: http://code.google.com/apis/contacts/community/forum.html I strongly encourage you to sign up and contribute. We expect this switch to drastically increase the number of responses given to questions, and to improve the community overall. One of the most significant changes is that now, after you sign up for the forum, you can ask questions, answer questions, and correspond via email if you prefer. We are still actively developing this new forum system in order to bring more of the features you find interesting and useful, but I feel there will be immediate benefits to this switch. I am currently locking this "old forum," until we can migrate the posts out of this forum into the new one at a later date. All of your posts here will still be accessible, however.
