Hello, I have a simple task: programmatically update photos for users within our domain, so that the "universal" profile photo for the user(the one that everyone(within our domain) sees when they mouse over the user's name) is updated. However, I'm very confused about how exactly to do this.
I've tried using the contacts, shared contacts, and profiles APIs unsuccessfully. What is the correct API to use for this? Also, when I open "Contacts" in gmail, I see two areas: "Other Contacts" and "Company Directory". Is "Company Directory" what the profiles API is interacting with? Here are the pages I've been using as references: http://code.google.com/a/google.com/p/apps-api-issues/issues/detail?id=1612 http://code.google.com/apis/apps/profiles/developers_guide_protocol.html http://code.google.com/apis/contacts/docs/3.0/developers_guide_protocol.html Thanks -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Contacts, Shared Contacts and User Profiles APIs" group.
