Hi Dave, Unfortunately Hiding individual users from Shared contacts using an API is not currently possible. This feature is in the pipeline though I'm not able to give an ETA. THe best would be that you create an entry on our issue tracker<http://code.google.com/a/google.com/p/apps-api-issues/issues/list?q=label:API-Contacts> (a feature request). This way other people will be able to star it and add comments and I will be able to update it when the feature is ready (which will notify you).
