When I copy a birth date or a web address from Microsoft Excel and
paste it in to the apropriate field in Google Contacts, there is a
space on the end.

This unwanted space prevents Google Contacts to make sens of things.

The birth date gets an ! telling me that it is wrong (but the only
fault is the space at the and).
Web-adresses is linked, but I end up at an unusable web-site with a
%20 at the end.

Could you filter this a litle bit bether?
At least for fields with dates and URLs.
