Hello, I tried running your code as is (without changing the username and password) and I did get an authentication exception which printed the "auth error" message. After that, I changed the username and password values to one of my test accounts and it successfully fetched the test account's groups.
Can you give us more details about your environment such as the version of the client library your are using?
