I would like to specify for a contact which email address should be used when the contact is emailed NOT via a group.

[email protected] 2. [email protected] 3. [email protected] In my contacts page for Roberta Mate the email addresses are listed in the order above. Also, my preferred email address for her is 1. [email protected]. For your information, the other email addresses are her previous emails she used to use. I keep them on her contacts page so that I can keep track of my conversations with her (View Recent Conversations). Yet, when I compose an email and start typing 'Roberta Mate' it is the 2nd option that is highlighted and not the first (as I had assumed it should do). Also the email order of the drop-down list (2,3,1) does not match the order of the email address in her contact page. I have to use the down arrow to select my preferred email address (every time I compose an email for her). --- WHAT I WOULD LIKE --- I would like the ability to specify an email address for a contact who has multiple email addresses. Not for a group. For sending to the contact individually. I would like to visit the contacts page and use a drop-down arrow (which doesn't exist yet) next to the 'My Contacts' group-label and choose one email address as the default. It doesn't even have to be the first listed email address. It could be the second or third email address listed. I would like the next time composing an email and typing that contacts name to have the chosen email address for 'My Contacts' to be the email address offered, highlighted, inserted, typed, entered (choose your method of operation). This functionality already exists for Google Contacts and other-group-labels.
