Hello Marco, You can use the gContact:userDefinedField<http://code.google.com/apis/contacts/docs/3.0/reference.html#gcUserDefinedField>to store custom key-value pairs. If you are using one of the GData client libraries, you should be able to find available getters and setters for this attribute.
