Hello Clement, I'm sorry, but I have a hard time understanding what you are trying to do... Where are the 2 lists of contacts coming from? A single contact can belong to multiple contact groups since the information is stored inside a contact entry under the gContact:groupMembershipInfo<http://code.google.com/apis/contacts/docs/3.0/reference.html#groupMembershipInfo>field.
If you want to add a contact to (or remove a contact from) a group, you will need to first retrieve the contact, then modify its groupMembershipInfo fields to reflect the group assignments and finally update the contact. Obviously, this cannot be done with a single batch request as you would first need to retrive the contact before being able to update it. I hope this helped!
