Hello,

If you are using the API, you won't have no choice but to retrieve the
contacts from one account and create those same contacts on the other
account.
The only field you should have to modify are the groupMembershipInfo fields
which should reflect the group Id's of the new account.

Or, if you want to do it manually, you can export your contacts in a .csv
file and import this file in the new account.
