Hello Jake, Yes it would take up to 24 hours for any modification in the Shared Contacts feed to be reflected in the web UI. You can also try using Marketplace Apps for your Domain such as Sherpa Tools<https://www.google.com/enterprise/marketplace/viewListing?productListingId=870+17558944828909963664&utm_medium=button&utm_source=button-cloudsherpas.com&pli=1>which gives you a web UI to manage your Domain Shared Contacts.
