After spending a concerted 2 days deleting 16000 duplicates 1 page at a time, I finally got my HTC inspire, my mac address book and google contacts perfectly synced. I breathed a sigh of relief, then google contacts automatically started moving contacts out of my contacts and into other contacts and deleting the contacts from my address book. I reset my contacts to 20 mins earlier, and took another breath, it started again. This is like groundhog day!
