No, but for the sake of the argument lets say it does belong to me, and I
registered in, *but - *I am using testurl.local in my local development
environment where I am experiencing this error.

So my consumer key is legit, but I'm using a different domain.  I thought
this might be a problem so uploaded the code to the domain where i
registered, but exact same results.
