Hello Kai, Sorry about the delay! As I mentioned in my previous e-mails, the API usually gives more details about a "bad request" in the body of the HTTP response. The can help you a lot in debugging your code even though I don't see any issue in the XML you are sending... But I don't know anything about VB.NETso there might be something I am missing.
