Hello Jan, As you mentioned, there is no ability to "share" personal contacts among a domain currently. You can however try Marketplace Apps for your Domain such as SherpaTools<https://www.google.com/enterprise/marketplace/viewListing?productListingId=870+17558944828909963664&utm_medium=button&utm_source=button-cloudsherpas.com&pli=1>that provides domains with additional contacts sharing features.
