Hello, Unfortunately, I am not aware of a special URL that you could use to pre-populate contacts data. You might find better answers on the Contacts Manager help forums<http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/gmail/label?lid=3a63236689cf8dbd&hl=en> . However, you can always use the Google Contacts API to programmatically create a contact for a user.
