What you are saying is correct, The xoauth_requestor_id query parameter was not part of the URL when I was invoking the delete() method on contactEntry which was causing the request to fail. I just did the following, and it worked for me. Link link = searchContact.getEditLink(); link.setHref(link.getHref() + "?xoauth_requestor_id=" + userEmail); searchContact.delete() Thanks again for all your help and guidance, and sorry for bugging you with too many messages.
