Hello, Usually, this can happens if the scope has not been approved by the domain you are running your application on. I'm not familiar with marketplace development but I believe the scope (https://www.google.com/m8/feed) has to be put in the manifest somewhere and this needs to be approved by the domain administrator. Please make sure this is the case. Another thing to try would be to send you request to:
