We have developed a web application that runs on Google app engine and
provides a Quoting and billing system for sole traders such as
Tradespeople.

The application uses Google calendars for scheduling , Google contacts for
managing address information, Picasa to store the users logo and other
images, and Google docs to store their company information. During our
sign up process we have to take the user sequentially to each area of
Google to approve/accept terms and conditions for use of each of these
areas. This requires a high number of clicks and page refreshes to complete.

As a consequence we are having a problem getting subscribers to complete
the take on process and are getting higher than desirable drop out rate at
this point.

Is there a different process we could use where by we could (for example)
present a single page to the user and they could register for each service
by clicking check boxes and then press one accept button to submit their
approval. You use something along these lines for your Google merchant
account.

I expect others have a had similar problems and that Google may well have
developed an easier process to cover this issue. Does anyone know?
