In the .Net library you call ContactEntry.Id.Content. It is an Url. Here is how it looks in the raw feed: <id> http://www.google.com/m8/feeds/contacts/ <http://www.google.com/m8/feeds/contacts/userEmail/base/contactId> userEmail/base/contactId </id> Seems it is the base Uri of the contact. Take a look here: http://code.google.com/apis/contacts/docs/3.0/developers_guide.html search for :Retrieving all contacts There is a sample XML that comes when you fetch a contact.
