I am currently working on a php-app which can eitehr be installed on
someones webhosting or local machine (using something like WAMP). Slowely I
get my head around this OAuth-stuff but I seem to get stuck on how to
retreive the authorisationcode.
Reading
https://developers.google.com/accounts/docs/OAuth2InstalledApp#choosingredirecturi

I have two options. http://localhost does not seem viable to my situation
because of the way this app can be installed (different remote or local
machines/servers/configuration I have no control over) so I suppose I need
to use urn:ietf:wg:oauth:2.0:oob ?

First of all: Do users need to go through this authorisation every time or
is this a one time thing?
Secondly: I am stumped as to how to "sense that the page has loaded" as the
mentioned document describes it? As I see it, I need to open up a new
browser-window (or iframe?) so how do I detect (from the other 'page' that
the user has either authorised or denied the request?
Thirdly: All this would be moot if I could authorize using curl; if I ask
users to enter their email/passwords in the app and then using curl make
the authorisation...but I am guessing that is not possible?
