I am querying single contact data by contact id, but there is no contact name in the response (attached). <title> element text is empty.
However, the user confirmed that contact name is visible in Google Contacts UI. From the screenshot sent by user I can see that this contact is connected to a Google+ profile. Am I guessing correctly that Google Contacts UI "borrows" contact name from Google+ profile, but the name in underlying contact data is still blank? This becomes a problem for my contact sync application, because (at least for this user) contact names are not being synchronized. Is there a way to determine if the contact is linked to a G+ profile?
