Hello Alexandre, If you want to retrieve and edit contact information for your Google Apps Domain users, you should use the Profiles API: https://developers.google.com/google-apps/profiles/
This lets you enter information such as their birthday, addresses, organization etc. Please note that the information available through this API are coming from the domain admin and not pre-populated by Google.
