Hi,
I'm currently using v3 of the Contacts API. I was wondering how I can
get user ids for people in my contacts list. In the contacts UI there is a
"Connected Profiles" concept (as documented
by http://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1069629 ). I
can't see an equivalent in the API. Is there a parameter I can add or an
additional request I can do? I don't mind if get the numeric user ID or
the Google+ profile URL or even the Buzz URL (I'm pretty sure I can get the
ID out myself).

I know the API does return its own alphanumeric IDs for each contact, but
these don't seem to be used in any other google APIs (which makes sense as
one person can exist in multiple people's contacts list and be assigned a
different ID in each).

Regards,
Luke
