Hello all, I am trying to import my work Google Contacts directory into Apple Mail. Did the usual steps and it didn't work so I backtracked a bit. I discovered when I export my contacts (after adding to My Contacts from Directory) as a .csv and open it in Excel, all the first and last names are missing! Can anyone help? I am completely mystified as to why the names are missing although the email addresses are intact.
