The Senior Software Developer will design, develop and support Electronic
Trading Systems for Equity Product lines of business. You will work within
a global team on strategic projects with minimum supervision. This
developer will conduct regional adaptations and roll-outs of software
developed globally. This position will work directly with users, traders,
and desk heads.
*Required Skills:*****
· Proven ability to work in a global IT environment and with FO
users****
· Extensive GUI and server development experience within the
investment banking environment****
· Real-time low latency systems****
· Excellent communication skills****
· Education: MS in CS or related****
*Technical Required Skills:*****
· 10+ years of C# (GUI) and core Java (server) ****
· 10+ years of Oracle SQL ****
· Scripting: Perl or Python****
· Platforms: UNIX/Linux, Windows****
· Messaging: TIB RV, EMS, 29West or similar****
· Market Data vendor systems****
*Required Business knowledge:*****
· Equity linked product trading: Stocks, ETFs, Options, Futures,
indices****
· Risk management: Greeks, hedging****
