The Administrator will also be responsible for providing support for hardware, OS, software applications and networking to internal customers in a fast moving production environment. This position requires 24x7 on-call duty rotation with other members of the team. *Responsibilities:* - Design and build new systems and assist application owners with the installation and maintenance of their software - Provide high level of customer satisfaction through the effective delivery of technical support and service - Take ownership of customer service requests and manage them to closure - Provide problem isolation and resolution - Serve in a 24x7 on-call rotation *Qualifications* - AIX administration, including installation and configuration of VIO Server and/or Linux administration, including SUSE, RedHat and Oracle Enterprise Linux - VMware ESX administration - Shell scripting - 4+ years of UNIX/Linux administration - Must have good written and verbal communication skills *Additional Qualifications:* · LDAP Design and Installation.
