Ah, I see - there is no cascade delete functionality serverside yet, and the replicaset cleanup I was seeing was implemented in kubectl delete... So disregard the first part of the question :) However, I still can't find an easy and foolproof way to figure out 'list of replicasets maintained by this deployment object'.
