I'm running a cluster on Ubuntu VMs in Openstack. I'm using the containerized installation described in the latest docs (1.2.4). To simplify, consider just the master node. Everything runs fine, but if I stop the VM and restart it, I can't get the master up again. Are there instructions anywhere than can help me get to the point where I can restart the cluster from an initd script or equivalent?
