I know this is a regular question, and I pledge to take notes for future
reference:

How can I learn the recommended version of Docker to use for a given
Kubernetes release? I see
this
https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md/#action-required-5

but it is somewhat buried in much noise.

If there is no better way to learn docker version per kubernetes release,
might it be a good idea to enshrine this information in a highly visible
DOCKER_VERSION.md file near the top of the documentation hierarchy?

Many thanks, and apologies if everyone knows this but me.

Mark
