and then took a look at:
How to Make Good-Looking Icons >> her you will find a link (http://
www.motobit.com/util/base64-decoder-encoder.asp) to
a tool that will encode your custom icon  into ASCII text using base64
encoding...

That will do the trick, good luck ;)
