While expanded, the gadget's main view doesn't have a "title bar"
unless the designer made one.
If you mean the area where your icon shows up when the gadget is
collapsed, then the answer is yes.
Search for stuff on:

plugin.SetIcons(smallIcon, largeIcon);

As for the details view title bar, I don't think so. I know linkable
text can put there. Search for:

gddDetailsViewFlag

Any other window, and I'm pretty sure you're limited to just having
the name of that view show up.

Is a good starting point. There was another page I had found that
showed the SetIcons item, but I can't seem to find that content now.
Maybe someone else will know it.
