Hi Cesar, My understanding is you can open the options dialog programmatically with plugin.ShowOptionsDialog():
http://code.google.com/apis/desktop/docs/gadget-plugin_apiref.html With this method - it appears you have more control over the dialog depending on the plugin flags you pass, etc. I have not tried this out - but that's the direction I'd go. If you do try this - I'm sure everyone would be interested in your results.
